การ Submit form ของ yii

ทำฟอรฺ์มมา submit แล้ว ฟอร์มมันไม่ submit สักที หานานมากว่าติด bug ตรงไหน ลองอยู่หลายวิธี ปราฏกว่าได้แล้ว
